Electrical Inspections

More and more these days, insurance companies are requesting inspections on older homes when it comes close to renewing your insurance, especially if they have concerns about aluminum wiring. See a list of what is inspected in Electrical Safety Inspections for Your Home.

Call us to book your inspection and our very own Field Safety Representative will visit to complete an inspection of the service entrance, circuit panel(s), and all areas of your home to identify damages, signs of depreciation, and any wiring considered non-compliant according electrical code and safety authority regulations. After the inspection is complete, we will provide you with a letter outlining the findings of the inspection. Most people choose to have some repairs and/or replacements done, after which, we can then revise our findings to include the updates. Call now to book your electrical inspection.

Silver Label Inspections

If you are planning to sell your mobile home, you may need a Silver Label Inspection to provide proof that the home is safe for its future owner. We will be pleased to come and complete the required inspection and the repairs and updates needed to comply with Canadian Electrical Code and TSBC’s inspection requirements and to get you that Silver Label. For more information, read our post What is a Silver Label Inspection and What’s Involved with Getting One? Or call us for more information or to schedule your inspection.
