What is Your Hourly Rate?

This is a tough one to answer, since our hourly rates vary by the size of the job.

The bigger the job, the lower the hourly rate. Basically, we have a one-hour minimum charge, a 2- to 4-hour rate, and an over 4-hour job rate. Homeowners with larger jobs may pay even lower hourly rates, depending on the size of the job.

We also have a Contractor Rate for when we work with Commercial Contractors on large jobs like renovations and new builds.

Call us to discuss your needs and we can provide you with rate information based on that, or should the job be a bit larger, we can come for a site visit and provide you with a written estimate. Just give us a jingle. Scroll down for our contact information.
