The bigger the job, the lower the hourly rate. Basically, we have a one-hour minimum charge, a 2- to 4-hour rate, and an over 4-hour job rate. Homeowners with larger jobs may pay even lower hourly rates, depending on the size of the job.
We also have a Contractor Rate for when we work with Commercial Contractors on large jobs like renovations and new builds.
